Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlorAI – AI Garden Design app on iOS and Android, the FlorAI Web App at app.easygarden.ai, and the website at aigarden.app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

The Service is provided by Rocket Digital Limited, registered in Hong Kong at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. You can contact us at hello@rocketdigital.ai.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use FlorAI. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity that takes place through it.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• FlorAI offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, Google or RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your App Store, Google Play or web account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform that processed your purchase.
• Prices, features and tier limits may change. Where required, we will notify you of changes in advance.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos and notes you upload (“Your Content”). By using FlorAI, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, transmit and display Your Content for the purpose of operating the Service, including sending Your Content to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to upload content that violates anyone's rights, is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or used to identify or target other people without their consent.

5. AI Garden Design Output

FlorAI uses AI models from third-party providers (including OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate and Fal.ai) to generate AI Garden Design previews from Your Content. AI output is provided for inspiration and planning. It is not professional landscape, structural, engineering or horticultural advice. You are responsible for verifying any design before building, planting or paying for work.

You may use AI Garden Design output you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes. For commercial use (for example, listing or selling designs as a service), please contact us first.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass paid features, copy-protect content or scrape the Service.
• Do not use the Service to generate disallowed content (including content that violates intellectual property, privacy or laws applicable to you).
• Do not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service or its security.

7. Intellectual Property

FlorAI, the FlorAI logo, and all software, design, text, graphics and code that make up the Service (other than Your Content) belong to Rocket Digital Limited and its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel. Their availability and performance is outside our control. We are not liable for outages or changes to these providers.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output may contain mistakes; always sanity-check results before acting on them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues or data, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by emailing hello@rocketdigital.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do we will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice in the app or on this website. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
