This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited (“FlorAI”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit aigarden.app, use the FlorAI – AI Garden Design app on iOS or Android, or use the FlorAI Web App at app.easygarden.ai.
By using FlorAI you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or this website.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, sign-in identifiers (when you create an account or sign in with Apple, Google or email).
- Photos and designs: outdoor photos you upload, AI garden design results you generate, the styles you choose, and notes you save.
- Subscription information: purchase events and entitlement status from the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not see or store your payment card details.
- Device information: device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, crash diagnostics and approximate region.
- Usage information: features you use, screens you visit, anonymous events such as design generations, plant scans and saves.
- Web analytics: page views, sessions, referrer, anonymised IP, and basic device type from Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create AI garden designs from the photos you upload, including by sending the photo to AI providers (Replicate, Fal.ai, Microsoft Azure, OpenAI) for processing.
- To provide accounts, save designs, sync across devices, and restore purchases.
- To improve FlorAI: fix bugs, measure quality of AI garden design output, prioritise new features.
- To send important service notifications (account, security, billing).
- To measure marketing campaigns and reach people who may be interested in FlorAI.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the safety of users and our service.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
FlorAI uses trusted providers to operate the app and website. Each provider has its own privacy policy that governs how it processes data we share with it on your behalf.

4. Photos and AI Garden Design Output
Photos you upload are sent to our AI providers solely to generate your AI garden designs. We do not sell your photos and we do not use them to train public AI models. Your generated designs and saved content stay in your FlorAI account so you can return to them later.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
On this website we use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You can control cookies via your browser. If you decline analytics cookies, the site still works but we receive less aggregated usage information.
6. Children
FlorAI is intended for users aged 13 or older (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age.
7. Data Retention
We keep your account data and saved designs for as long as your account is active. You can delete your designs at any time from the app, and request full account deletion by emailing hello@rocketdigital.ai. Backups are removed within a reasonable period after deletion.
8. International Transfers
FlorAI is operated from Hong Kong. Some providers we use (Google, Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Replicate, Fal.ai, Meta) operate in the United States and other regions. By using FlorAI you agree that your data may be processed in those regions, with appropriate safeguards.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@rocketdigital.ai.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or on this website.
